Returns

All merchandise must be returned within 7 days after shipments arrive. After 7 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for returns over 7 days. Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns.

  • Paris Yin requests that any merchandise returned for any reason must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. We need the original condition to be as it was. The item must also be unwashed, unused (not dirty, not slobbery, no teeth marks, and no smoke scent). Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

  • Items returned past 7 days after receipt, or not in original condition will not be returned to customer.

  • All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 5 days upon arrival to our facility.

  • The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate.

  • You may return items at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method.  

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.  Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.  Please include the order number, date, and item number and describe the defective merchandise. We may ask that you provide us with a photo of the damaged item.

 

Canceled or modified orders must be done prior to 12 PM Pacific Time to stop or modify order. Email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back Paris Yin and the original return policy will be applied.

 

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of new order.  If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs.
